INVESTIGATION PROCESS AND PROCEDURES

Upon establishing contact, Gulf G.H.O.S.T. will assign a specific Case/Client Manager to each potential case. This Case/Client Manager will be the contact person between the client and Gulf G.H.O.S.T.

A. Consultation

1. The assigned Case/Client Manager and another Gulf G.H.O.S.T. Team member will meet with the client to:

a. Discuss what types of activity or occurring in the location, utilizing the “Client Questionnaire” (GGF3).

b. Tour the location with the client. For larger cases, a
Gulf G.H.O.S.T. TECH member will participate in the consultation.

c. Discuss with the client how
Gulf G.H.O.S.T. performs an investigation and present the client with a “Client Information Form” (GGF2)

B. Group Investigation Discussion

1. The Case / Client manager and accompanying team member will present the information gathered to the
Gulf G.H.O.S.T. team.

2. The team will discuss the case and determine if an investigation is needed and when it can be conducted.

C. Arrival & Set up

1. The
Gulf G.H.O.S.T. team will arrive at the locations prior to sunset.

2. Before anything begins, the Case / Client manager will obtained the signed Client Investigation Release Form (GGF4)

3. The Case / Client manager & TECH member will conduct an initial tour of the location to determine how the equipment should be set up and begin taking some environmental base readings.

4.
Gulf G.H.O.S.T. will then begin setting up our equipment for the investigation.

D. Investigation

1. Members will investigate in groups of at least 2 people.

2. The conclusion of an investigation will vary by case, based on client guidelines, location size and activity.

E. Evidence Review

1. 2 - 4 weeks needed to evaluate data collected.

2. Each investigator is asked to complete and submit an “Investigator Case Report” (GGF1) whether or not they experienced or captured anything.

3. Once the group has discussed the evidence and come to a conclusion, a reveal will be scheduled with the client.
